Climbing in the Dark - Indoor rock climbing at the ledge (6:15 Pm)

This event is being organised by Suboir United Bushwalkers and is not affiliated with The University of Sydney and the USU.Hi, on 7th of October, we will turn off all lights at the Ledge and climb in the dark only with head torches. This happens pretty rarely so don't miss-out!
The event is only for those who have rock climbed before at the Ledge (those who have been before to the ledge and done belay training with us / ledge staff). If you have been climbing before elsewhere and not to the ledge, unfortunately this event is not for you (we can't safely do belay inductions for first timers in the dark).
Please arrive by 6.00pm, pay the entry fees at the reception and be ready for a prompt induction by Ledge staff at 6.10pm Please don't arrive late and miss-out!
Induction and safety briefing will be in English language. So, for your safety, you will need conversational level of English to understand the safety briefing and participate.
We will all also probably go for dinner afterwards at 7.45 pm for those who want to join!
Please bring a head torch if you have one. Ideally, you'd have a way to dim the head torch so the climbing gym won't have too much stray light (we'll have maybe 4-5 climbers at a time). Even if you don't have a dimmable head-torch, bring it on and we'll put tape on it to dim it.
Entry + shoes is $14
Please register if you're attending as spots will be limited.
